Job Overview:
As a key member of the French Operations General Directorate, reporting to the Operations and Transversal Services Directorate, you will oversee all new openings across France, averaging around forty annually. This encompasses various franchise models, including managed and subsidiary operations (construction, affiliation, rebranding), across all brands within the Group.
Your role commences with the signing of franchise agreements and concludes with the successful launch of establishments under our brand, ensuring a smooth transition to operational status.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain an active presence as the franchisor with hotel partners and investors, guiding them through the establishment opening process. Your support will facilitate their integration by equipping them with essential management tools, optimizing brand positioning, and fostering business growth.
- Act as the primary contact for establishment representatives (investors and managers), providing strategic advice and support throughout the pre-opening phase.
- Coordinate efforts with Louvre Hotels Group's transversal services, including contracting, system implementation, process monitoring, training, and concept adherence. Ensure that our brand concepts and values are upheld.
- Lead a team of three professionals: one openings manager, one back-office coordinator, and one operational trainer.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five years of management experience within the hospitality sector. A strong passion for this industry, coupled with a broad generalist knowledge, is essential.
We seek an autonomous and pragmatic individual with excellent analytical skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while thriving in a dynamic environment.
Your leadership abilities will position you as an ambassador for Louvre Hotels Group, exemplifying our standards and processes. You will work collaboratively with all transversal services at headquarters, serving as a reference point and team leader.
Familiarity with Louvre Hotels Group tools and processes is advantageous.
This role requires travel throughout France and Switzerland.
