Job Description

Iberdrola France SAS is a leading company in the renewable energy sector, with a strong presence in France for over 20 years. Our head office is located in Paris - La Défense, and we have offices in various regions across the country. We are committed to clean energy and have developed a long-term investment strategy to achieve an installed capacity of 614 MW by 2023.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the team responsible for delivering contractual service agreements for large-scale offshore wind farm projects across the EU HUB.
  • Define contracting strategy, including specifying key milestones.
  • Implement and supervise corrective and preventive maintenance activities to maintain/recover asset availability/reliability.
  • Lead the review, optimization, and negotiation of contracts, acting as an escalation point for commercial discussions.
  • Develop contracts governance, processes, reporting, and control of contracts progress and status.
  • Ensure alignment between different contracts to reduce contractual interface risk.
  • Identify and notify internal and external stakeholders of contractual or commercial risks and impacts of contract variations.
  • Manage claims, warranties, and variations with contractors.
  • Provide key commercial advice, assessment, and recommendations to the business, supporting the delivery of the business plan.
Requirements
  • Engineering Degree level qualification.
  • Significant experience in leading tendering processes, contract negotiations, and detailed commercial delivery contracts.
  • Proven ability to manage the negotiation of multi-contracts in competing timescales.
  • Fluent in French.
