Job Title: Sales Support Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

  • As a key member of the Sales Administration team, you will report directly to the team leader and play a vital role in the effective management of client orders.
  • You will serve as the primary liaison between clients and various internal departments, managing a portfolio of clients for the preparation of quotes, order processing, and ongoing follow-up.
  • Your strong interest in technical products will enable you to provide valuable advice and support to the sales team, enhancing client relationship management.
  • In this position, you will contribute positively to the company's brand reputation.

Candidate Profile:

  • A proactive and collaborative individual, demonstrating essential qualities of precision and organization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Previous successful experience in a similar capacity is preferred.
  • Proficiency with computers is essential; familiarity with ERP systems, particularly SAP, is advantageous.
  • A candidate with a BTS qualification or relevant experience in customer relations is preferred.
