About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our Client Services team at 1000heads. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, managing accounts, and delivering high-quality projects that meet their needs.

Main Responsibilities

  • Client Relationships
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and goals.
    • Work with clients to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to achieve their objectives.
    • Assist with the production of client reviews and reports to ensure clients are informed and up-to-date on their account performance.
  • Account Management
    • Develop and implement account growth plans to increase revenue and improve client satisfaction.
    • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
    • Ensure all client servicing levels are met and billing is completed on time.
  • Project Management
    • Assist in the creation of project briefs and work with the team to develop project plans and specifications.
    • Oversee the delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.
    • Work with clients to ensure their projects are delivered to their satisfaction.
  • New Business Acquisition
    • Work with the Business Director to develop and implement new business strategies and plans.
    • Assist with the development and delivery of proposals and pitches to new clients.
