You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize our delivery network, ensuring that we meet our business objectives and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize our delivery network, including order volume forecasting, rider network management, and rider pricing and incentives.
- Lead the planning and execution of our delivery network, ensuring that we meet our business objectives and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Collaborate with our Global Product and Technology teams to improve systems and processes, and ensure seamless integration with our operational and commercial teams.
- Manage a team of operations professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure that we achieve our business objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including our commercial, sales, and finance teams.
Requirements:
