  • Database Management: Administer the HR Department's order database, ensuring accurate records and efficient operations.
  • File Maintenance: Maintain employee files in a secure and organized manner, adhering to confidentiality protocols.
  • Correspondence Handling: Manage incoming and outgoing mail for the HR Department, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
  • Training Logistics: Provide logistical support for training programs, including managing training spaces and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Employee Representation: Participate in Employee Representative and Discipline Council elections, contributing to a fair and transparent process.
