Job Summary:

Ecolab is seeking a highly skilled and experienced District Sales Manager to join our sales team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the sales of products and services in a specified district area through assigned Account managers and Field Service Specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the commercial opportunities pipeline to deliver top-line targets for your district
  • Manage margin to deliver the gross profit plan
  • Lead services and value delivery to meet customers' contract requirements
  • Promote innovations and drive business growth
  • Manage a team of 6 people and develop their capabilities

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of sales experience in the food and beverage industry
  • Management experience
  • Organized, methodical, and autonomous
  • Leadership and people development skills
  • Results-driven and accountable
