About the Job

Arrow France SAS is seeking a highly skilled Graduate Applications Engineer to join our team in Rungis, France.

This 12-month program is designed for recent graduates who are eager to learn and grow with our company. As a Graduate Applications Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work with experienced mentors, develop your skills, and contribute to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and expertise to customers, including troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Assist customers in designing and developing custom solutions that meet their unique specifications.
  • Engage with suppliers to ensure that products meet customer requirements and standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and suppliers, ensuring that customer requirements are understood and met.
  • Suggest solutions and techniques that can benefit the overall cost of the Bill of Materials (BOM) or improve availability of parts.

Requirements

  • You must have a legal right to work in France.
  • You have obtained a bachelor's or master's degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field before October 2024 or not more than 2 years ago.
  • You must be fluent in French and English (oral and written).
  • You have sound knowledge of concepts in Electronics Engineering.
  • You have good understanding of latest technologies and trends in the market.
  • You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • You are able to learn new platforms and systems with an innovative approach.
  • You are flexible and have geographical mobility.
