- Draft comprehensive credit risk assessments, including requests for derogations and amendments, ensuring that invested assets are monitored effectively and align with SRI policies and objectives.
- Develop Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and investment-related scorecards, while providing regular and detailed reports to the risk committees of the management firm.
- Conduct credit risk evaluations for prospective private debt investments suggested by portfolio managers, delivering independent credit assessments.
- Assist in the private debt asset valuation process, including modeling, parameter setting, and validation, while enhancing credit risk procedures through participation in Risk Department projects.
The ideal candidate will possess familiarity with:
- Project financing and tertiary real estate.
- Financial analysis techniques.
- Office software and credit rating platforms (S&P, Moody's, Fitch).
Additionally, the candidate should demonstrate:
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective listening abilities.
- Fluency in both written and verbal communication.
- A keen awareness of infrastructure and tertiary real estate projects, along with a sensitivity to environmental considerations.
- Independence, rigor, and a proactive approach to work.
