Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated DEMI CHEF DE PARTIE to join our culinary team at the Rixos Gulf Hotel Doha. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of ingredients, dishes, and presentation of food and beverages.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety standards.
Collaborate with the CDP/Sous Chef to coordinate daily tasks and ensure seamless kitchen operations.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and management to achieve team goals.
Participate in quality control and adhere to hotel service standards.
Perform other duties as required by management.
Requirements:
High school education or diploma in culinary required.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems.
Minimum three to five years of previous experience in a high-volume kitchen or full-service hotel.
