About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven International Business Developer to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and contacting decision-makers in the hospitality industry, introducing them to our platform, and convincing them to create their access and post their first mission on Brigad.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong appetite for hunting and the art of persuasion, a taste for challenge and the desire to achieve your goals, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Experience with CRM tools is a plus, and fluency in both French and English is required.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and contact decision-makers in the hospitality industry
  • Introduce them to our platform via a video demo
  • Convince them to create their access and post their first mission on Brigad
  • Follow up with them during their first month of use
  • Manage your business via our CRM (HubSpot)
  • Provide feedback to marketing, tech, and product teams
