Job Title: Business Development Solutions Manager

Job Overview:

BDP International is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Solutions Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and securing revenue and market share from new customers, as well as improving business development processes for all services across verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales plans and campaigns to take advantage of market opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  2. Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
  3. Collaborate with the sales and operations management team to develop and implement creative solutions to customer needs.
  4. Provide marketing support and knowledge within the company for all products and services.
  5. Facilitate regular meetings with clients and relevant operations staff to evaluate performance and receive updates from clients on challenges and future plans.

Requirements:

Qualifications / Experience:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred (or an equivalent combination of work and education).
  2. Must have a charismatic and confident personality as well as an exceptional work ethic.
  3. A minimum of 5 years of industry experience preferred.
  4. Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite.
  5. Combined excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to analyze situations and make good decisions based on available information.
  6. Ability to adapt quickly to changing policies and procedures.
