About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Solution Architect to join our team at Infor Inc. As a key member of our architecture team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our ERP solutions and driving positive change for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure that delivered solutions align with the agreed-upon design from the sales cycle.
  • Assist our program leadership in helping clients achieve their business objectives.
  • Create and refine key architecture artifacts, ensuring they are well-organized and consistently maintained.
  • Validate solution designs to meet client project objectives and technical requirements, ensuring business value is delivered.
  • Provide leadership to project teams, actively participating in various project phases to ensure solution adoption.
  • Analyze clients' systems, proposing effective solutions to address their business challenges.
  • Incorporate change acceptance principles into requirements and decisions.

Organizational Support and Practice Development:

  • Contribute to the architecture competency centre, helping develop best practices and tools.
  • Deliver knowledge transfer and coaching sessions for consultants, including new talent recruits.
  • Work closely with pre-sales and sales teams on significant opportunities within your industry.
  • Provide industry-specific knowledge during the sales cycle to help plan activities.
  • Recommend end-to-end solution designs that align with client objectives and desired outcomes.
  • Identify and develop potential business use cases.
  • Help define the business case for implementing innovative solutions and run proof-of-concept projects.
  • Provide valuable insights to our research and development team based on industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • In-depth ERP implementation knowledge.
  • Industry experience: industrial manufacturing, aerospace, engineering, high-tech manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of industry processes.
  • Exceptional stakeholder relationship management skills.
  • Willingness to travel (up to 60%).
  • Fluent in French and English.
