Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Strategist to join our team at MOBOTIX AG. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting our Global Sales Strategy at a regional level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with Business Development Managers and Technical Project Engineers to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
  • Manage and grow existing customer relationships, including order processing and communication on stock levels and lead times.
  • Provide pre-sales support for MOBOTIX products and lead management, including follow-up from events and exhibitions.
  • Participate in sales-related events and exhibitions to promote MOBOTIX products and services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a business or technology-related field.
  • Previous experience in inside sales or customer service roles.
  • Experience in technical sales and channel management.
  • General IT knowledge, an interest in IP technology, and a quick learner.
  • High level of business and customer orientation, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and self-driven with an acute awareness of deadlines, costs, and figures.
  • Very good English speaking and writing skills, as well as very good French speaking and writing skills.
