Investment Support Specialist

Capijobnew is seeking an experienced Investment Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing portfolio control and investment support services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a point of contact for middle and back office inquiries/issues/exceptions
  • Perform NAV validation on specific portfolios to ensure accuracy
  • Monitor investment guidelines and report breaches
  • Assist fund managers with investment support tasks
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure involvement in business as usual tasks

Requirements:

  • Degree educated in business/finance or relevant experience in operations
  • Relevant past experience in middle office/front office support roles
  • Comprehensive understanding of investment management operations and fund administration
  • Good Excel skills; advanced skills (VBA & macro) preferable
  • Fluent in English
