Job Responsibilities

As a Sales Development Specialist for High-Pressure Pumps, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue for Danfoss Climate Solutions.

  • Identify and engage with key customers, including wholesalers, OEMs, contractors, and installers, to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with these customers to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Provide technical product presentations and demonstrations to customers to showcase the benefits and features of Danfoss Climate Solutions' high-pressure pumps.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Background & Skills

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Technical or economic education, with a master's degree in engineering a plus.
  • Fluency in French and excellent English language skills.
  • Knowledge of common software applications, including SAP, BI, Salesforce, Office, and AutoCAD.
  • Experience in the cooling business and energy efficiency, with a strong understanding of high-pressure water systems applications.
  • Strong commercial sense and excellent presentation skills.
  • Business-minded and goal-oriented, with a strong network of contacts in the industry.
