Position Overview

Join our innovative team at Docaposte We are seeking a dedicated Technical Operator to manage various aspects of mail operations within our forward-thinking organization. In this role, you will handle essential tasks related to the processing of both incoming and outgoing correspondence. Your primary duties will encompass:

  • Organizing and categorizing incoming mail
  • Distributing letters and packages to personnel both on-site and remotely
  • Preparing outgoing mail and ensuring proper postage
  • Monitoring the flow of incoming and outgoing mail
  • Managing local and international mailing processes
  • Conducting mail delivery rounds within the organization

The working hours for this role will follow a rotational schedule from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM.

Essential Information:

  • Compensation: $22,000 to $23,000
  • Available Positions: 1
  • Weekly Working Hours: 35 hours
