Job Summary
Job23 is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including managing correspondence, coordinating meetings, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to incoming correspondence, including emails and letters
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, including scheduling and preparing materials
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including files and databases
- Provide administrative support to our team, including data entry and report preparation
- Assist with special projects and events, as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
Working Conditions
This is a full-time position, with a regular schedule and opportunities for professional growth and development.
