You will be involved in representing and being the face of Nordic IT externally. With your adaptability, you ensure timely delivery of equipment and uphold its optimal functionality.

In this job, it is essential to be accommodating towards advisors who may be both stressed and frustrated with the situations they face. You must be prepared to face all sorts of scenarios with courage and an infectious positive attitude. In other words, it can be crucial to be outgoing and have the ability to initiate and maintain constructive dialogues across different teams and departments within the company.

**Your tasks will include**:

- Escalating problems that cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
- Managing ongoing communication with courier services and customer support at Jetpak.
- Keeping new advisors informed, including instructions on receiving work machines and equipment, and onboarding them effectively.
- Coordinating software updates for operating systems (OS), Jamf Connect, Intune, etc.
- Collecting machines from advisors who are absent for an extended period.
- Keeping track of equipment locations and acquiring new equipment if necessary.
- Participating in meetings and keeping Gamification updated.
- Organizing and maintaining control over the equipment inventory.
- Setting up machines and providing support for other IT tasks.

**We consider it advantageous if you are**:

- Proficient in Excel, as a significant portion of your work will be conducted using this software.
- Previous experience in troubleshooting computers is advantageous.
- Excellent multitasking abilities, self-driven, and adept at organizing your own workday.
- A valid driver's license is preferred, as there may be occasions where you need to drive to deliver or retrieve equipment. However, this is not a requirement.

**LOCATION**:Located in Strömstad, this job allows for home office flexibility with the requirement to meet in Fredrikstad 2-3 times a week.

**EMPLOYMENT TYPE**: Permanent, full-time

**WORKING HOURS**: 08:00-16:00, Monday to Friday

**PROBATIONARY PERIOD**:6 months
