Role Overview:

This key role involves overseeing the effective execution of our curriculum, collaborating with the Director of Expert Programs, David Kalisz, PhD, to develop Bachelor, MSc, MBA, and programs. The successful candidate will coordinate teaching activities, manage educational content, ensure program quality, and coherence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate teaching activities, including Inspiring Week, Specialized Tracks, and Electives, aligning with the vision of the Expert Programs Director.
  • Regularly update the Course and Programs Matrix with relevant departments.
  • Design and implement training schedules across different program levels for a consistent learning experience.
  • Participate in teaching committees, documenting progress and addressing issues.
  • Coordinate MSc program organization, including master classes, business tours, and conferences.
  • Manage student relations, budgets, and compliance with training regulations.
  • Enhance student engagement through efficient communication and support.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in higher education or a related field with expertise in program management.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, decision-making under pressure, proficiency in office automation tools, and fluency in English (at least upper-intermediate: B2).
  • Qualities: Autonomy, quick decision-making ability, effective stress management, and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Languages: English and French.
