Sales Specialist

We are seeking a Product Sales Specialist to lead sales efforts with clients and prospects in their assigned region. The primary focus will be on the HCL UNICA Suite.
Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Identify new business opportunities within the assigned region.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions based on the Unica platform.
- Generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with marketing and pre-sales teams to create targeted campaigns.
- Qualify prospects and move them through the sales process.
- Set and achieve sales targets for the Unica platform.
- Present product offerings to clients and prospects.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.
- Provide insights to the product team for continuous improvement.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in software sales, preferably in marketing automation or related domains.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with the Unica martech is a plus.
