About the Role
Hitachi Solutions Europe is seeking a highly skilled Change Lead to join our Consulting Services team. As a Change Lead, you will be responsible for delivering change consulting services to clients, providing change strategies, and managing change activities for projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement change management plans to ensure business readiness for go-live and beyond.
- Support clients in understanding success factors and developing KPIs for a benefits-led approach to change.
- Collaborate with project teams to design, develop, and implement training and mobile learning solutions.
- Facilitate communication and stakeholder plans to engage users, support the business, and facilitate change.
- Conduct readiness assessments and implement return-to-green actions plans.
- Work with the training delivery team to ensure activities are aligned.
- Provide Hypercare support for end-users, including floor walkers, training, and drop-in sessions.
- Conduct post-go-live adoption surveys and KPI analysis to ensure change is sustained and reinforced.
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant work experience in delivery of organizational change management projects on ERP programs.
- 2+ years of experience in ERP training, preferably Dynamics.
- Strong project management skills and communication skills.
- Aptitude to easily adopt new technologies and processes.
- Change Management qualification preferred but not essential.
- Exhibits strong leadership abilities as a role model, partner, and mentor to project teams and clients.
- Results-focused with strong business acumen combined with analytical and structured thinking.
