Job Title: Assistant to the Head of Sector Coordination

Mission Overview

As an Assistant to the Head of the Sector Coordination Division, your role will be pivotal in enhancing the division's operations and supporting its objectives, particularly in the following areas:
  • Formulating the sectoral activity strategy of ANSSI in alignment with the Agency's overarching strategy and directives from management, effectively communicating these directives to team members to organize and plan activities across their responsibilities;
  • Cultivating a network of professional contacts and representing the agency in interactions with external stakeholders, while assisting sector coordinators;
  • Promoting the development of competencies within the division's ecosystem and broadening influence both nationally and internationally;
  • Aiding the division in the implementation of NIS2, ensuring necessary scalability in response to the directive;
  • Documenting the division's internal processes, capturing relevant information and the evolution of information-sharing tools and activity tracking;
  • Guaranteeing the quality and professionalism of the outputs and documents produced by the division.
Additionally, you will oversee capacity-related matters, including budget management, staffing levels, and facility requirements.

Desired Qualifications

You possess a BAC+5 degree. You exhibit strong capabilities in project and team management. You have a genuine interest in information and communication technology, particularly in the realm of information systems security and its associated challenges.
