Position Overview

We are in search of a dedicated general services agent to fulfill responsibilities at a client location. The ideal candidate will be recognized for their professionalism, strong interpersonal abilities, and commitment to customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:

  • Arranging workspaces efficiently
  • Performing basic equipment maintenance (such as relamping, minor locksmith duties, and simple plumbing tasks)
  • Executing minor technical repairs
  • Handling small-scale DIY projects (including furniture assembly and disassembly)
  • Facilitating minor office relocations
  • Managing mail operations (both receipt and dispatch)
  • Receiving goods (packages and pallets) and verifying delivery slips
  • Coordinating meeting room setups and ensuring compliance
  • Addressing intervention requests promptly

Possession of relevant certifications is a plus for this position.
