Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Pensions and HR Project Specialist (Contract) to join our global HR team. Reporting to the Principal HR Business Partner, EMEA, you will provide support, advice, and solutions on HR topics, including professional development, compensation, labor law, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support and advice on HR topics, including professional development, compensation, labor law, and more.
  • Act as an interface between the company and external organizations, such as Social Security, training organizations, and occupational medicine.
  • Accompany, guide, and advise employees and managers on all issues related to HR matters.
  • Listen to and relay the needs and problems encountered in the field on HR issues.
  • Monitor and analyze HR data.
  • Carry out or participate in the carrying out of mandatory reports, such as social reports and health, safety, and working conditions reports.
  • Implement the training policy.
  • Participate in the analysis of training needs and the development of the skills development plan and the annual training plan.
  • Ensure the logistical organization and administrative management of training activities.
  • Optimize the training budget by mobilizing the various existing mechanisms.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in HR or other master's degree with a specialization in Human Resources.
  • Minimum of +5 years' experience in HR.
  • Ability to react with urgency and remain calm under pressure.
  • Fluent in English.
