As a Senior Account Executive at OpenText, you will play a key role in helping our customers navigate the complexities of cloud-based IT operations and achieve their business goals. With a strong focus on delivering AI-driven IT solutions, you will leverage your expertise to offer value-add solutions to clients and drive digital innovation.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead pursuits in focused territories and work closely with the extended sales team to build effective Opportunity and Close plans
- Utilize CRM (SalesForce) system as an expert and accurately forecast business
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of OpenText's DevOps Cloud portfolio, including Application Delivery Management (ADM) solutions
- Collaborate with PreSales, Professional Services, and Customer Success Management to deliver large, complex solutions
- Native or equivalent business fluency in French and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Experience in selling Application delivery management (ADM), DevOps, Hybrid IT solutions
- Strong leadership and initiative skills to drive specialty sales in accounts
- Ability to master knowledge of products, solution or service offerings as well as competitor's offerings
- Excellent management (up to C-level) engagement skills to offer value-add solutions to clients
