Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product owners to identify and prioritize business needs, driving strategic decision-making.
  • Design user-centric applications that maximize business value, leveraging technical expertise and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Lead Agile projects with a focus on MVP delivery, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • Implement project management best practices, fostering a culture of understanding and collaboration.
  • Supervise development teams, providing guidance on architecture and coding best practices, and promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Communicate with stakeholders, providing regular project status updates and ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Ensure effective collaboration among multiple projects and teams, driving a culture of teamwork and innovation.

Requirements:

Technical Skills:

  • Development understanding: C, databases, object design, API.
  • Strong architectural design skills, with a focus on scalability and maintainability.
  • Knowledge of new technologies, including Cloud, Containerization, and DevOps.
  • Agile project management skills, with experience in Scrum or Kanban methodologies.

Transversal Skills:

  • Build strong relationships with users and stakeholders, fostering a culture of trust and collaboration.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and drive consensus.

  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global context.

Experience:
