Project Manager for IT Deployment

Role of the Project Manager
As a project manager, you will be accountable for achieving established objectives. Your role is to ensure that our deployment team and organization meet our clients' expectations and genuinely deliver value. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Managing the project to ensure adherence to deadlines, budgets, resource requirements, and commitments.
- Developing and maintaining thorough project documentation.
- Coordinating internal resources and third-party vendors for smooth project execution.
- Engaging with clients in various roles and managing their diverse expectations.
Ultimately, each project influences healthcare professionals and their capacity to provide effective patient care.
To excel in this position, you should possess a solid understanding of IT environments to communicate effectively and comprehend client requests. You must be service-oriented, adaptable to changing circumstances, capable of managing strict deadlines, and eager to take initiative. We believe you have strong leadership and communication abilities and can collaborate with diverse individuals. Being highly organized and enjoying planning is essential. Additionally, you should be an adept problem-solver. To foster trust with our clients, familiarity with IT environments is beneficial. While deployment engineers will support you in your projects, you will need to manage client communications independently and effectively, including interactions with IT departments, security experts, and other stakeholders.
