About the Role:
Our team is seeking a highly skilled MBSE Senior Business Consultant to lead our System Engineering high-end consulting practice from a remote office in the US. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze system requirements, develop system architectures, and ensure the successful integration of systems across various projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze system requirements and develop system architectures to ensure successful integration of systems.
- Partner with clients in the Seattle/Bellevue, WA area to drive business objectives and deliver digital engineering business outcomes.
- Lead diverse teams with self-assurance and confidence, fostering collaboration and recognizing individual and team contributions.
- Mentor and empower team members, recognizing and nurturing their talents.
- Apply business strategy, operations, financial analysis, and organizational dynamics to drive business transformations.
- Develop and articulate innovation theories and processes, driving value through technology enablement and inspiring innovation across stakeholders.
- Evaluate architectures, develop courses of action, and operationalize plans with a focus on delivering differentiated competitive value.
- Champion digitally-connected model-centric practices, leveraging model-based approaches for acquisition success and accelerated innovation.
- Provide guidance on enterprise architecture development, elaboration, and evaluation, leveraging industry frameworks and standards.
- Understand solution alternatives and implications, particularly in digital systems technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree in Engineering/Computer Science or MBA preferred.
- 15-20 years related experience is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in organizational change management, with a focus on driving successful transformations in large organizations.
- Strong understanding of model-based systems engineering principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working in a consulting environment is highly desirable.
- Good understanding of the enterprise business motivation model (EBMM) and its role and structure in business transformation.
- Able to travel domestically and internationally.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with teaching or delivering technical curriculum/training.
- INCOSE Certification (ASEP or CSEP).
- One or more levels of OCSMP certifications, one or more Architecture Certifications.
Compensation:
Compensation for this role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $160,000 and $235,000, representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus.
