About the Role

We are seeking a Pricing and Compensation Manager to join our team and drive our delivery partners' compensation strategy across Europe. As a key member of our team, you will develop and implement pricing strategies, design processes, and conduct root cause analysis to drive financial health and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement pricing strategies to optimize delivery partner compensation.
  2. Design and implement processes to drive financial health and scalability.
  3. Conduct root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  4. Report to senior leadership on key metrics and program updates.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree.
  2. Relevant experience in program management, with end-to-end ownership of projects and initiatives.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Advanced degree.
  2. Relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, parcel delivery, and/or e-commerce.
  3. Experience in a start-up environment, owning process creation and improvement.
  4. P&L ownership and/or oversight experience.
