Cardiology Congress Registration Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Registration Supervisor to join our team at the European Society of Cardiology. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for managing the registration process for our congresses, exams, and courses.
Your primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth delivery of registration services, including managing attendee registrations, providing backup support to the team, and implementing process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in events management, customer service, or a related field, with at least 1 year of experience in a supervisor position. You will also need to be proficient in IT systems, including email, case management systems, spreadsheets, and websites.
