Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and execute a comprehensive sales action plan aligned with corporate profitability goals.
  2. Product Management Leadership: Supervise product management teams for life science tools and consumables, ensuring product offerings meet market demands and customer needs while guiding complex product launches.
  3. Sales Team Management: Inspire and lead sales teams, coordinating commercial initiatives, assessing team performance, and fostering professional growth.
  4. Sales Performance Monitoring: Ensure the achievement of sales targets, market share growth, and business development objectives, providing reports to executive leadership and refining sales strategies as necessary.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Operate within a matrix organization, managing multiple reporting lines and collaborating across diverse functions and regions to ensure successful execution of global commercial strategies.

Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will hold a relevant degree in Analytical Chemistry, Life Sciences, or a related field, coupled with extensive experience in life science instrumentation and consumables.
