- Strategic Insights: Use data-driven insights to improve recruitment and retention strategies, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Proven experience as a Talent Manager or similar role, with a strong background in talent acquisition and development.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Experience in developing and implementing talent development programs.
- Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
- Fluent in English and French; additional European languages are a plus.
