Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to attract top talent across Europe, leveraging industry trends and best practices.
  • Recruitment Process Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Hiring Manager Support: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic recruiting support.
  • Talent Development: Create and implement effective talent development programs to foster employee growth and retention, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Employee Experience: Ensure a positive employee experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding process, championing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Strategic Insights: Use data-driven insights to improve recruitment and retention strategies, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Talent Manager or similar role, with a strong background in talent acquisition and development.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Experience in developing and implementing talent development programs.
  • Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
  • Fluent in English and French; additional European languages are a plus.
