About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Global Human Resources team at the International Chamber of Commerce. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for attracting, selecting, and onboarding top talent to support our organization's mission to make business work for everyone, every day, everywhere.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to fill critical roles within the organization.
  • Source and identify top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including recruitment agencies, schools, and professional associations.
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including creating job descriptions, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
  • Develop and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of the recruitment process and provide insights to improve future recruitment efforts.
Requirements
  • At least five years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in an international context.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand the needs of the organization.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, particularly in an international context.
  • Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
