Yacht Client Liaison

Faststream is seeking a highly skilled Client Manager to join our team. As a Client Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing relationships with our discerning clientele, ensuring their needs are met with the utmost professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing personalized and responsive service.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Understand clients' needs and preferences, and tailor our services to meet those requirements.
- Coordinate with various departments (technical, crew, finance) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of assigned yachts, including maintenance, operations, and compliance.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and effectively.
- Assist in the planning and execution of client events and charters.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on yacht performance and client satisfaction.
- At least 1 year's experience as a Deck Officer or Purser, or 4 years' experience onboard yachts or in a similar role in yacht management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Accounting knowledge and ability to analyze budgets.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French and other languages is a plus.
- Knowledge of yacht operations, maintenance, and regulations is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel and attend to clients' needs outside regular working hours.
