Job Description

Job Title: French Sales Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced French Sales Representative to join our team at Pandora A/S. As a key member of our sales and training team, you will be responsible for providing on-the-ground coaching and support to store staff, collaborating closely with Regional Sales Managers and District Sales Managers to improve key performance indicators and enhance overall team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-the-ground coaching and support to store staff
  • Collaborate closely with Regional Sales Managers and District Sales Managers to improve key performance indicators and enhance overall team performance
  • Implement training materials and use of training tools with our sales teams at collection launches
  • Create toolkits for our sales teams depending on their needs
  • Adapt Global Training content for the French market
  • Lead training sessions and create and develop training content in line with business needs and training cadence
  • Follow up on and analyze training feedback from our colleagues
  • Accompany our various teams in their training plans and accompany new joiners in their training for onboarding with Pandora

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in on-the-ground training, leading training in person and leading training projects
  • Fluent French and English
  • Experience on Articulate 350 and Graphic Design software is a plus
  • Expert on MS Office
