About the Role:

This critical role within the Commercial Team is responsible for developing a strong relationship with a Key Global Partner, growing the business, and protecting the brand image within the online environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent account management skills, be able to negotiate annual trade conditions, and implement the Global 3PP strategy to meet planned growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate annual trade conditions with partner(s) to deliver on financial and strategic KPI's.
  • Set annual budget, track weekly sales, and put necessary plans in place to reach the set budget.
  • Understand, monitor, and manage the P&L of your account(s) with the financial controller.
  • Provide excellent account management skills and be the best beauty partner for our 3rd Party Pure Player accounts (3PP).
  • Build an e-retail charter and negotiate annual trade agreements to include service level agreements, the sharing of consumer data, and sell-out data.
  • Implement the Global 3PP strategy, ensuring we meet our planned growth objectives.
  • Negotiate and align joint business plans with e-retailers & retailers to create strong relationships with regular review meetings of joint KPIs.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for your account(s). Track and report against KPI's and set budgets and flag weekly risks and opportunities to line manager.
  • Optimise and update the assortment and information on the listed catalogue (NLFs, compliance forms, etc) to give the brand the best advantage.
  • Coordinate with supply and logistics on specific client needs. Ensure accurate order checks, processing, and delivery and be the key point of contact for the e-retailer.
