A propos de ce poste

Véritable Business Partner de la population siège France et Belux, votre mission consiste à accompagner et conseiller vos collègues sur l'ensemble des sujets RH, et à accompagner une équipe de 1 HR Advisor et 1 HR Officer en charge de la population Belux.

Compétences requises
  • L'accompagnement des opérationnels au quotidien : conseil RH auprès de l'ensemble des collègues et des managers sur l'ensemble des sujets RH, accompagnement de l'évolution des organisations, gestion des dossiers disciplinaires et contentieux
  • Relations sociales : préparation et co-animation des réunions CSE France et Belgique, gestion des relations IRP, négociation d'accords avec les partenaires sociaux (dont NAO)
  • Développement RH : définition du plan de formation et suivi de son déploiement, management de la performance (performance reviews, entretiens professionnels..), déploiement de projets RH européens (gestion des talents, plans de succession..)
  • Projets RH et Communication : pilotage de projets transverses (RSE, Qualité de Vie au Travail...)
