About the Role:

Westinghouse Electric is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager CRM to join our innovative team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a critical role in driving and analyzing sales performance, creating agility to include new competencies and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and analyze market data vs account growth plans, identify opportunities, and elevate digital collaboration.
  • Lead, manage and oversee OE planning, including a five-year strategic outlook with strategy team and SIP setting.
  • Manage sales innovation through new tools leveraging AI and machine learning.
  • Collaborate, lead and align the BU management to a shared and agreed vision, establishing relationships with the BU's Sales VP and GM RVP, becoming their collaborative trusted partner.
  • Lead and drive organizational performance through effective use of metrics along with monitoring budgets and other key data needed to adjust strategies and tactics to achieve objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, management, or a related technical discipline.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in an operational sales role.
  • Excels in a diverse and fast-paced environment, able to prioritize and simultaneously work on multiple projects and priorities.
  • Demonstrated experience and expertise in sales processes for system sales, including related tools such as capture team selling, TP/TC, value-based selling.
  • Requires sales leadership and competencies expertise and broad knowledge of computer systems and their applications (CRM, Power BI, for example).
