Client Service Liaison

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will provide administrative support to our Upstream team, ensuring seamless execution of daily activities.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Upstream team, including document preparation, data entry, and record-keeping.
- Communication: Handle telephone calls, appointments, and emails related to Upstream activities, taking action accordingly.
- Documentation: Maintain complete and thorough documentation of program activities, including updating contact lists and related data.
- Logistics: Book meetings and facilities as requested by the Upstream team, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
- Confidentiality: Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Office Management: Manage supplies, maintain the functionality and cleanliness of the office, and ensure a comfortable working environment.
- Language Skills: Excellent English proficiency is a plus advantage.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Work Environment: Position is based in the client office in La Defense from Monday to Thursday, with the option to work from home on Fridays.
This is a junior engineer position, and the selected candidate will have the opportunity to work on a DEEP WATER O&G Floating unit (FPSO, FLNG, etc.) project. The position is based in France, and the selected candidate will be required to work in the client's office in Paris.
