Job OverviewWe're seeking a highly skilled Digital Innovation Strategist to join our Customer Outcomes team. As a key member of this team, you will work closely with our customers to drive consumption, adoption, and customer satisfaction, ultimately helping them grow their business on the ServiceNow platform.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical advice and guidance to customers on how to best utilize ServiceNow technologies to achieve their business objectives. You will also be responsible for hands-on delivery of ServiceNow capabilities to customers to drive outcomes and value realization.
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure the successful deployment of ServiceNow Now Assist. Additionally, you will stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in the field of GenAI and apply this knowledge to continuously improve and evolve ServiceNow GenAI offerings.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical advice and guidance to customers on how to best utilize ServiceNow technologies.
- Hands-on delivery of ServiceNow capabilities to customers to drive outcomes and value realization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful deployment of ServiceNow Now Assist.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in the field of GenAI.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a technology advisory role, with experience working directly with AI, machine learning technologies, statistical systems, or big data platforms. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and other ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certifications are desired, and 3+ years of ServiceNow Platform experience is preferred.
