Transformative Leadership Role at Transdev


We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition and Development Strategist, reporting to the Group Learning & Development Director. This is an outstanding opportunity to drive transformative change across our international organization.



Job Overview

The ideal candidate will possess 10 years of experience in program management, learning, and development, along with a Master's degree in human resources. They will also have extensive experience in HR functions within international environments, designing and managing leadership development programs, blended-learning solutions, and matrix organizations.



Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with internal customers to understand their learning objectives and define learning requirements.
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of proposed learning solutions.
  • Take ownership of existing learning offers to improve current programs and leverage the Group Digital offer.
  • Work transversally with HR and International Learning & Development community to foster sharing of best practices, identify synergies, and co-design Group L&D programs.
  • Stay updated on the latest innovations in learning and facilitate adoption of new approaches that enhance learner experience and knowledge retention.
  • Design and develop learner-centric educational content in multiple modalities, focusing on agile and scalable solutions.


Requirements

  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in program management, learning, and development, along with a Master's degree in human resources.
  • Experience in HR functions within international environments.
  • Experience in designing and managing leadership development programs.
  • Strong experience in designing, developing, and implementing blended-learning solutions.
  • Experience in a Program Management role within a matrix organization.
  • CORNERSTONE LMS experience is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with various levels of leadership and employees.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Pleasant collaboration with teams in a transparent, fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • English & French full proficiency is required.
