Job Opportunity
As a WW Visual Merchandising Manager at BALENCIAGA S.A.S., you will be responsible for supporting the development of all aspects of Visual merchandising, including visual storytelling and guidelines, and ensuring compliance with these guidelines across the Global network.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Global Visual Merchandising Director in developing and implementing seasonal and training guidelines.
- Build partnerships with HQ departments, including studio, retail, wholesale, merchandising, and communication, to create a strong communication link and flow of information.
- Ensure compliance with VM Guidelines across the Retail/Wholesale network, through remote visits, training, and other means.
- Participate in testing visual merchandising tools based on the needs of the Retail/Wholesale network and implement Visual merchandising actions.
- Guide and support store openings, including VM layouts, ordering VM tools, from planning to execution.
- Support special events, pop-ups, and other VM installations.
- Support Showroom setup and preparations.
- Focus on promoting the use of the Yoobic application to ensure clear communication in all regions to stores.
Requirements
A professional with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience within the luxury & fashion industry.
An industry specialist with sound knowledge of the current market and consumer trends, excellent product sensitivity, analytical and numeracy skills.
An individual with good communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
A self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized person with the ability to work as a team player, prioritize workload to meet deadlines, manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and flexibility to travel internationally frequently.
