At Afiph, we are a dedicated family association committed to providing exceptional services for children and adults with disabilities. We are currently seeking a passionate Social and Educational Support Specialist (F/M) to enhance our team.
In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering daily assistance to individuals with disabilities, concentrating on their educational needs, care, and overall well-being. Your efforts will be crucial in empowering them to realize their potential, sustain their skills, and flourish while adhering to their personalized care plans.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing tailored support plans for individuals while tracking their progress
- Identifying and communicating any health concerns
- Safeguarding the physical and emotional health of individuals
- Engaging in daily support activities
- Organizing and facilitating activities for individuals
- Encouraging independence in daily living tasks
- Administering medications in accordance with established protocols
- Composing professional documentation
This opportunity is available for candidates holding a state diploma in Medical-Psychological Assistance or in Educational and Social Support.
