Position Overview

At Afiph, we are a dedicated family association committed to providing exceptional services for children and adults with disabilities. We are currently seeking a passionate Social and Educational Support Specialist (F/M) to enhance our team.

In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering daily assistance to individuals with disabilities, concentrating on their educational needs, care, and overall well-being. Your efforts will be crucial in empowering them to realize their potential, sustain their skills, and flourish while adhering to their personalized care plans.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing tailored support plans for individuals while tracking their progress
  • Identifying and communicating any health concerns
  • Safeguarding the physical and emotional health of individuals
  • Engaging in daily support activities
  • Organizing and facilitating activities for individuals
  • Encouraging independence in daily living tasks
  • Administering medications in accordance with established protocols
  • Composing professional documentation

This opportunity is available for candidates holding a state diploma in Medical-Psychological Assistance or in Educational and Social Support.
