At OMICRON electronics, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer & Sales Support Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our international clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist customers with pre- and post-sales inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution of their concerns.
- Collaborate closely with Area Sales Managers and Application Engineers to support their daily business activities and strengthen customer relationships.
- Create quotations, prepare public tenders, and maintain smooth processes by handling data entry tasks.
- Participate in customer events and trade fairs, providing on-site support to our sales team.
- Organize customer training sessions and ensure the smooth operation of our CRM system, Lead Management.
- Perform general office management tasks, including data maintenance and preparation of information for further sales measures.
- Be willing to undertake travel within Europe as required.
- Completed commercial education and several years of experience in sales support activities.
- Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a passion for interacting with customers.
- Interest in innovation and motivation to acquire basic technical knowledge to better understand our products and customer structure.
- Confident telephone manner and good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, with experience in data bases (CRM and ERP) being an advantage.
- Excellent command of English and French, with Dutch being a plus.
