The Role

We're seeking a Contract/Subcontract Manager to join our team. As we expand our Project Management Office for international projects, this role will work on:

  • Legal Analysis: Review and analyze tender documents to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Contractual Monitoring: Monitor contract execution, ensuring timely completion and adherence to terms.
  • Resource Implementation: Coordinate resources and processes to control financial and legal risks.
  • Litigation Support: Prepare and follow up on litigation files that may arise.
  • Subcontracting Contracts: Draft subcontracting contracts for projects.

Requirements

We're looking for a candidate with:

  • At least 5 years' experience in contract management, including experience on construction and/or maintenance projects.
  • A good level of English.
  • Possibility of some overseas assignments.
