About the Role

Kiloutou is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our agency as a Responsable d'Agence. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

  • Manage and motivate a team of commercial and technical professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions and optimize operations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business objectives.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety protocols.

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the agency, including administrative tasks and customer relations.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of leadership and business development experience, preferably in a similar industry.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed business decisions.
