Position: Non-Financial Risk Project Coordinator - Apprentice
Location: Rueil-Malmaison, France

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Senior Project Manager to establish the Target Operating Model (TOM) for the central KYC team, focusing on organization, processes, and tools.
- Facilitate workshops with subject matter experts to develop the TOM.
- Create a comprehensive roadmap involving all stakeholders for TOM implementation.
- Draft a detailed project plan that outlines timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Identify dependencies between tasks and ensure deadlines are achievable.
- Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain clear and effective communication within the project team and with management.
- Design a communication strategy to effectively engage 44 countries in the transformation process.
