About the Role

The Partner Development Manager plays a critical role in driving growth through strategic partnerships at Aircall. This individual will identify and develop new partnerships that align with the company's business objectives, working closely with the revenue and product teams to unlock new opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and Develop Strategic Partnerships: Research and prospect ideal partners, gathering key business information through collaborative conversations.
  2. Build and Nurture Partner Pipelines: Develop a pipeline of partners that meet business goals, nurturing them from prospect to publication.
  3. Support Ecosystem Development: Collaborate with the Partnerships team and other stakeholders to continuously develop and improve ecosystem partners.
  4. Drive Revenue Growth: Work with the revenue team to identify key opportunities and develop strategies to drive revenue growth through partnerships.
  5. Communicate Effectively: Communicate effectively at all levels, including with internal stakeholders, partners, and customers.
Requirements:
  1. Experience in Tech Partnerships: Proven ability to prospect and build new tech partnerships.
  2. Negotiation and Partnership Execution: Ability to negotiate and execute growth-centric partnerships.
  3. Understanding of Partner Business Models: Understanding of partner business models, including PaaS/SaaS.
  4. Strong Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage internal stakeholders effectively.
  5. Self-Motivation and Direction: Self-motivated and self-directed, prioritizing and measuring impact.
Nice to Have:
  1. API and App Development Understanding: Understanding of APIs and app development.
  2. Segment Definition and Growth: Experience defining new segments for growth through partnerships.
  3. Revenue Growth through Partnerships: Experience driving revenue through partners with structured programs and strong program management skills.
  4. Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to draw insightful conclusions from data sets and use it in daily work to answer critical questions.
