Strategic Partner Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Strategic Partner Sales Manager to join our team at Amazon Web Services. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving business development activities and building a strong partnership with one of our strategic partners in Japan.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a business development strategy to drive co-sell revenue and growth with the partner
- Build and manage a team of committed AWS champions across the partner's sales and operations teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive partnership progress and governance
- Manage complex contract negotiations and co-sell related issues
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in technology-related key account management, partner business management, sales strategy, or a mix of such exposure
- Proven track record of managing and influencing senior internal and external stakeholders
- Native fluency in verbal and written Japanese
- Ability to work independently with limited guidance and deliver results in ambiguity
