Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Strategic Partner Sales Manager to join our team at Amazon Web Services. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving business development activities and building a strong partnership with one of our strategic partners in Japan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a business development strategy to drive co-sell revenue and growth with the partner
  • Build and manage a team of committed AWS champions across the partner's sales and operations teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive partnership progress and governance
  • Manage complex contract negotiations and co-sell related issues

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in technology-related key account management, partner business management, sales strategy, or a mix of such exposure
  • Proven track record of managing and influencing senior internal and external stakeholders
  • Native fluency in verbal and written Japanese
  • Ability to work independently with limited guidance and deliver results in ambiguity
